**General Rule of Thumb**
If you retain our services it is vital that you treat everyone in the courtroom with respect, included but not limited to, the prosecutor, judge, police officer, bailiff, clerk and support staff. There is no excuse or justification for disrespect and will not be tolerated.

The courtroom is not a church, you must not "come as you are". You should be conservatively dressed and groomed, think business professional. Men should wear a dress shirt or collar shirt, with pants (albeit jeans with no rips/shreds or slacks). Please remember to tuck your shirt and wear a belt. Women please dress modest and refrain from wearing anything revealing.

Yes. But I would advise leaving it in the car or at home because if it rings in court, it will be confiscated.
